Access
Parking:
We have two spaces in the car park - they are currently unallocated, but we tend to park in the one closest to our house. We have also installed our own private electric charger in case you get an electric car at some point
Please try to not park or have guests park in front of the dirt path outside of West Wing as these are generally reserved for deliveries / unloading.
Front gate access: When you first arrive, please email PBM to register your car number plates so that the gate will automatically recognise you. For guests, they will need to enter our address at the gate, and you can open the gate for them through your phone on the Comelit app. Please download the app and email PBM to send you an activation link.
Security: We have installed Ring cameras around the house, but these are all deactivated. If you wish to use them, you’ll need to download the Ring app and set up your own accounts. We have no access to any of the cameras.
Keys: We have left you 2 pairs of keys for the front door, 2 pairs of keys for the back door, 2 fobs for the gym (TOP), 2 remote controls for the main entrance gates in case your number plate isn’t registering automatically for some reason (MIDDLE), and 2 remote controls for the West Wing garage (BOTTOM)
Front door: You will need a key to lock both the inside and outside of the front door. Videos here:
Back door: You will only need a key to lock the outside, and you can lock the inside manually. Videos here:
Other doors: You will receive keys for every door / window. Please be mindful of security and locking all of the doors. The garden doors might be a bit tricky as there are two points of locking, please see video here:
Front Door Tree: Please be kind to this guy and water him if it gets too hot / dry! He is pretty resilient.
